Welcome to On Your Right (OYR). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.onyourright.in and any purchase made through it. By accessing or purchasing from OYR, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
OYR is a running and performance apparel brand operated in India. All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices, products, and policies at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders, Cancellations and Exchanges
Placing an order confirms your intent to purchase. You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund via Order Help.
If the size does not fit, we exchange it within 48 hours of delivery and cover the shipping both ways. If the size you need is out of stock, we refund you in full on return. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
3. Payments
All online payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway. We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
OYR does not store or have access to your complete payment details. Any payment-related information you provide is handled securely by the payment gateway provider in compliance with RBI and data protection regulations.
4. Product Availability
We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory. However, in rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we'll contact you to arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. Use of Content
All content, including product images, text, and designs, are the intellectual property of OYR. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
OYR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, technical issues, or delivery delays beyond our control.
7. Pre-Orders and Pre-Bookings
Some products are released in limited quantities as pre-orders. Full payment is collected at the time of order and the ship date is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Pre-orders can be cancelled within the same 24 hour window as regular orders. After that they cannot be modified or cancelled, as production and logistics are planned accordingly. Once delivered, pre-ordered items carry the same exchange and return rights as regular orders.
